We ship all orders with any fish via FedEx Priority next day air.  All other orders (aquarium plants and supplies) are shipped FedEx 2nd day.

Delivery of your order is guaranteed by noon(in most areas) Tuesday through Friday with Saturday deliveries available for an additional $15 charge. Shipping is simply calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your package. We have no charge for boxes, heat packs or handling. On average, shipping is between $45 - $100 to ship throughout the domestic United States. International Shipments, on average, cost $100 on up to deliver.

We offer a 100% live delivery guarantee (see below) We also are shipping fish internationally and domestically through the airline service (pickup at airport) We ship this way for larger orders always. Average cost of airlines is $80. Proof of D.O.A.s must be confirmed by either emailing us digital pictures of the deceased fish or mailing them back to us packed in salt to prevent decomposition. Once the DOAs have been confirmed we will replace them with fish of the identical strain that was ordered. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN! Also consumer must pay return shipping. Some exceptions will be given in case of negligence by shipper’s agent UPS/ FED X or the airlines.
